Stamping unit for rotatory stamping of individual sheets

Since even small print runs must be made ever faster and more economically, Kocher + Beck has developed a stamping device for individual sheets.

The device is controlled and driven purely pneumatically, and so requires no complicated electrical control, personal training or start up. And in the event of malfunction, you do not depend on external software and electronic specialists.

The stamp is fed manually and equipped with multiple lateral and one front end position stops for register setting, which are easy to adjust.
The magnetic cylinder is axially adjustable. As a result, there is every possibility to orient the tool quickly on the printed sheet.

Changing to a different stamping format is easily done by mounting a new stamping sheet onto the magnetic cylinder.

The device is designed for sheets up to 500x720 mm and with a maximum thickness of up to 0.5 mm. Other parameters are possible on request.
