GapMaster with positoning unit integrated in the sliding block


You have certainly heard of our GapMaster, which sets the gap between stamping/magnetic cylinder and counter-stamping cylinder in rotation stamping systems. You are probably already using it. And so we will refrain from explaining to you here the advantages of the system.

But now Kocher + Beck is able to offer you a new generation of the system, which no longer requires adjustment work on the unit frame.

The GapMaster remains suited for your choice of top and bottom side stamping, and alternating use on machines of the same type can still be achieved.

Based on the solution that has proved itself hundreds of times with more than 65 machine types, Kocher + Beck has now succeeded in integrating the adjustment unit for gap setting into the sliding block. As a result, additional work on the unit frame is eliminated, and the unit is no longer stationary in the system.

With the new generation, top and bottom-side stamping is possible in one unit, and flexible use on machines of the same design is also possible.

The precision and reliability of the GapMaster corresponds fully to the proven solution; adjustment of the gap on both or one side also remains possible.
