After several years of intensive training, all four of our trainees have successfully completed their final examinations to become industrial mechanics!

The examinations consisted of a theoretical part at vocational school and an oral examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). Thanks to their commitment, willingness to learn and the support of their trainer, our junior staff were able to master both parts of the exam with great success.

As a sign of our appreciation, all graduates received not only their official exam certificate but also a training medal in recognition of their outstanding performance and commitment during their training period. The best part is that we are delighted to be able to offer all four trainees permanent positions! This not only underscores the importance of training in our company, but also strengthens our team with qualified specialists who already know our company inside out. We are proud of this achievement and congratulate our former trainees on their successful completion of the programme!
