IOC / Sheet-fed

Converting offset printing units to die cutting stations.

Sheet-fed printing is a high-quality printing process that either uses individual sheets fed into a printing machine or a roll of paper offering a continuous feed and can be cut during the printing process.

It is a system that is ideal for special materials for example, heavier products or those requiring a particular finish such as business cards, brochures, flyers, and currency.

Kocher+Beck has developed their own system for converting most offset printing units to a die cutting station in a matter of moments. This station can then be converted back to a printing station in the same timescale. This is a benefit as the in-line process requires no additional print finishing after the process.
