There are occasions when work is deliberately put to one side. Our Oktoberfest this year, on Saturday 10 October, was one such evening.

Together with colleagues and their families, we spent a few lovely hours in a convivial atmosphere. Mr Beck welcomed the guests personally and opened the evening with a speech.

The ‘Pliezhäuser Blechklappen’ set the right mood with some traditional live music. Meanwhile, the younger guests were able to let off steam on the bouncy castle, whilst plenty of conversations took place over delicious food and good conversation.

It is precisely these encounters that highlight what defines our corporate culture: solidarity, a sense of community and the opportunity to connect beyond the day-to-day work routine. When families come together and colleagues meet outside of work, a sense of togetherness is created that supports us in our everyday lives too.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to this successful evening. We are already looking forward to the next one.
