As 2025 draws to a close, we look forward to 2026 and the 60th anniversary of Kocher+Beck. When Erich Kocher and Rolf Beck founded Kocher+Beck in Stuttgart in 1965, they built far more than a company. They created a vision rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and the belief that precision engineering could shape entire industries.

For six decades, Kocher+Beck has grown from a small German workshop into a global leader with four state-of-the-art production sites and a truly international presence. From Germany to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Poland, the latest fully operational production site, which opened in 2023, Kocher+Beck has steadily expanded its global footprint.

In addition, multiple international sales offices provide local customer support, including our Spain office, which opened in July 2022. Together, this global network offers direct access to experts, reliable local service, and fast response times for our international customers. The connection to Spain is further strengthened by technical support for winding technology manufactured by our joint venture company, Enprom, based in Girona.

The pioneering spirit of Kocher+Beck has always set it apart. Early in its history, co-founder Rolf Beck revolutionized the label industry with magnetic die-cutting technology, enabling faster setups, cleaner cuts, and new production possibilities. With the shift to CNC sharpening, the introduction of hardened cutting edges, and the first GapMaster in 1997, Kocher+Beck repeatedly redefined what precision means. These innovations unlocked entirely new production capabilities and have helped manufacturers achieve consistency, quality, and speed previously thought impossible.

But innovation alone does not define the company. For 35 years, Kocher+Beck has been guided by the leadership of Lars Beck, who continues the family legacy of excellence with clarity, responsibility, and commitment to the core values that have shaped Kocher+Beck from the beginning: Family, Safety, Teamwork, Innovation, and Integrity.
