TecScreenTecScreen screen printing plates are produced entirely in-house at our parent factory in Pliezhausen. In several steps, the stainless steel meshes are nickel-plated and then wound in clean room conditions. Next, we coat them with photopolymer in UV-protected clean room conditions. This transparent base film is laminated on to protect them from mechanical damage during subsequent work operations.
Our TecScreen screen printing meshes are manufactured at our Pliezhausen parent factory and are available for all conventional presses. Modern production processes and our extensive technical expertise guarantee you the highest possible quality standards.
