The start of a new apprenticeship year is always a special moment at Kocher+Beck. While we warmly welcome our new apprentices, we also bid farewell to those who have successfully completed their training and are now taking the next step in their professional careers.

This year, we were able to honor two of our former apprentices for their outstanding achievements. In recognition of their successful completion of training, they were awarded the Gold Medal. We are proud of their development and are particularly pleased that both will remain with our company and continue their professional journey as colleagues at Kocher+Beck.

At the same time, we welcomed our new apprentices. A shared breakfast provided an opportunity to make first contacts, exchange experiences and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to the apprentices, trainers, colleagues and other employees also attended, creating a successful start to the new apprenticeship year.

Another important part of the program was the election of the new Apprentices’ Council representatives. They will serve as contacts for the apprentices and represent their interests in the future. We would like to thank the previous representatives for their commitment and wish the newly elected team every success in the coming term of office.

Supporting young talent is of great importance at Kocher+Beck. We therefore look forward to accompanying our new apprentices on their journey over the coming years and shaping the future together.
